Erik’s legendary breakfast for Italian gourmets: weekdays from 6.30-10 am & weekends from 8-10 am
It all starts with the coffee: We use our own coffee blend, roasted especially for us at the Dinzler coffee roasting plant – Eriks Caffè. And then there are all the delicacies you can expect on both sides of the Alps – whether omelettes, frittata from eggs from our own chickens or our neighbor’s chickens and homemade, fresh bread and honey from our own bees.
Everyone loves Erik’s breakfast – so everyone should get one too. Hotel guests are of course automatically guaranteed a seat. We kindly ask external breakfast guests to make a reservation by telephone – preferably the day before at the latest.
