Cancellations will only be accepted in text form.
Online bookings can be canceled via the link in the confirmation email (provided it is a cancelable rate).

1. cancellation of bookings of up to 5 rooms or a stay of less than 7 days

For bookings of up to 5 rooms and a length of stay of less than 7 days, a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 1 day before arrival until 18:00.
In the event of a later cancellation, the hotel is entitled to charge the agreed room price (including breakfast) and to make a flat-rate deduction for any expenses saved.
This also applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.
In this case, 80% of the total price will be charged.
The customer has the right to prove that no or only minor damage has been incurred.

2. cancellation of group bookings or a stay of more than 7 days

In the case of group bookings (5 rooms or more), a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
In the event of a partial or complete withdrawal outside of the agreed cancellation period, 80% of the agreed room price (incl. breakfast) will be charged per canceled or canceled overnight stay.
Please note that you, as the person ordering the rooms, are liable for the bookings and that you will be charged for any no-shows or cancelations outside the cancellation period.

3. cancellation during trade fairs or the Oktoberfest

Bookings made during a trade fair or the Oktoberfest in Munich can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
In the event of a partial or complete withdrawal outside of the agreed cancellation period, 80% of the agreed room price (incl. breakfast) will be charged per canceled or canceled overnight stay.
The customer may prove that no or only minor damage has been incurred.

4 Cancellation of conferences

Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the event are free of charge.
Cancellations from 29 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the agreed services.
The customer has the right to prove that no or only minor damage has been incurred.

5. late arrival

If the customer does not appear by 6 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival and no later arrival time has been agreed, the hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract.
However, if the customer has paid a deposit or deposited a credit card as a guarantee, the room must be reserved by 12 noon of the following day at the latest.

6. no-shows

No-shows will be charged at 100% of the total amount.
The customer may prove that no or only minor damage has been incurred.
